As President of Adventure Unlimited / DiscoveryBound, he reversed eight consecutive years of missed fundraising goals through CRM modernization and data-driven fundraising. As National Operations Director for Mosaic Sales Solutions, he directed a $120 million operation supporting more than 10,000 field employees while improving operational consistency and compliance.
More recently, James has focused on applying artificial intelligence to improve business performance through knowledge systems, workflow automation, reporting solutions and conversational AI — the founding premise of PlanckCyber. He believes technology should support strategy rather than define it.
